Hyundai eco SG2 Type SM70ECO wire electrodes are versatile and support welding processes such as TIG, MAG, and MIG welding as well as cladding on steel. Pulse arc welding is recommended for ferrous materials. Weld metal analysis: C 0.07 %, Si 0.83 %, Mn 1.48 %, P 0.011 %, S 0.015 %. Mechanical properties at 100 % CO2 include elongation 29 %, impact energy 85 J, yield strength 460 MPa, and tensile strength 555 MPa. Approvals include AWS, JIS, EN, TÜV, DB, and CE. Suitable for steels with yield strength up to 490 MPa. Available in various dimensions.
