Thermanit 20/25 Cu TIG welding rods are high-alloy rods designed for high-temperature applications up to approx. 1100 °C. The alloy contains high levels of nickel, chromium, and copper, providing excellent oxidation and long-term heat resistance. Suitable for overlay welding in power plants, heat exchangers and petrochemical facilities, these rods feature excellent scaling resistance and a stable arc with good melting performance. Preheating is generally not required but controlled cooling is recommended. Our service includes fast delivery and technical support.
