Equal-leg angle made of hot rolled stainless steel 1.4541 (X6CrNiTi18-10) – a stabilized austenitic stainless steel with good resistance to intergranular corrosion. Due to titanium stabilization, the material remains resistant even in sensitized condition. It belongs to the V2A group and corresponds to AISI 321 in the American standard. Non-magnetic in solution-annealed condition, good cold formability and weldable by all common methods except gas welding. Common applications include plant engineering, aerospace technology, chemical processing and furnace construction.
