The Fliess ED-FK 1 (NiMoCr) wire electrode is an MSG wire electrode for welding high-strength fine-grain structural steels with a yield strength of up to 690 MPa. Typical applications include steel and mechanical engineering, mobile cranes, concrete pumps, pipelines, mining, and container construction. Weld metal analysis: C 0.09 | Si 0.52 | Mn 1.52. Mechanical properties: elongation 16%, impact energy 80 J, yield strength 690 MPa, tensile strength 790 MPa. Approvals: EN, AWS, TÜV, DB, CE. The electrode is suitable for welding processes such as TIG, MAG, MIG and cladding, as well as pulse arc welding for ferrous materials. Changes and errors excepted.
