Thermanit X wire electrodes are high-quality welding consumables developed for welding high-alloy steels and nickel alloys. The alloy contains nickel, chromium, molybdenum and other elements, providing excellent mechanical properties and high corrosion and heat resistance. They are versatile for welding nickel alloys, high-alloy steels and joints between different steel types. The electrodes retain strength and toughness even at extreme temperatures and are suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical plants and seawater. Good welding properties enable stable weld seams with minimal spatter and excellent weld pool flow. Typical applications include chemical industry, boiler making, power generation and other demanding sectors. Our service includes fast delivery and technical support.
