Thermanit A Si wire electrodes are high-quality welding consumables specially developed for welding heat-resistant austenitic stainless steels. They contain an alloy with high chromium and nickel content and increased silicon content, providing excellent mechanical properties and outstanding resistance to high temperatures and oxidation. These electrodes retain strength and toughness above 800 °C, offer improved oxidation resistance due to silicon, and enable stable, clean weld seams with good weld pool fluidity and minimal spatter. Particularly suitable for petrochemical, furnace construction and other high-temperature applications requiring enhanced oxidation resistance.
