Non-return flap valve STAAL 100 AKK by KSB made of carbon steel with flanges according to DIN/EN. Forged or welded body with cover flange and internal shaft. Sealing surfaces made of wear- and corrosion-resistant 17% chrome steel or stellite. Suitable for nominal diameters DN 80 to DN 400, nominal pressure PN 63 and PN 100, temperature range -10 °C to +530 °C. Increased safety through internal shaft – shaft bearing unit welded directly to the cover – and comb-profiled cover seal chambered on both sides. Service-friendly design thanks to movably suspended valve disc allowing precise adjustment to housing seats and easy replacement of the sealing plate.
