Böhler DMO IG TIG welding rods are specially designed for unalloyed and low-alloy steels used in boiler, container, apparatus and pipeline construction. The rods feature weld metal analysis of C 0.08 %, Si 0.85 %, and Mn 1.50 % with mechanical quality values of 560 MPa tensile strength, 25 % elongation and 130 J impact energy. They comply with DIN 8559/8575 and standard EN 12071. Their stable arc properties provide additional bridging for large gaps, ensuring precise and clean weld seams. Available in various dimensions.
