The copper-coated solid wire electrode Böhler EMK 8, type G 4Si1 / ER70-6, ensures low-spatter metal transfer under mixed gases and CO2. It offers high current-carrying capacity, a stable arc and nearly residue-free weld seams for highly productive welding processes. Excellent feeding properties allow for high wire feed speeds, especially in fully automated applications. The EMK series is available in large packaging units such as ECOdrum 250 to SQUAREdrum 550.
