Commercial steel

Steel is an iron-carbon alloy with a maximum of 2.06% carbon and the proportion of iron is greater than any other element. Steel is divided into unalloyed basic, quality and stainless steels as well as alloyed quality and stainless steels. The commonly used term rolled steel defines the manufacturing process of rolling in the broadest sense.

Threaded flange

A threaded flange is a metal ring that connects two pipes together. This flange type cannot be used as a pipe termination because it does not close but has an opening in the middle.

Material 1.0460 (P250GH/C22.8)

The material 1.0460 ( P250GH/C22.8) is a heat-resistant structural steel that can be used for maximum temperatures of up to approx. 480°C. It is preferably used for the construction of fittings, for example to produce flanges and sleeves.
