Our stainless steel plate flanges made from grade 1.4571 (X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2) are designed for extreme environments requiring resistance to corrosion and elevated temperatures. The alloying with molybdenum and titanium ensures exceptional durability in acidic or chloride-rich conditions, preventing intergranular corrosion and ensuring structural reliability. Available in drawn or hot-rolled formats, these flanges come in typical lengths of 5–7 meters. Their high weldability and thermal stability make them ideal for use in chemical processing systems, marine pipelines, and exhaust ducts.
