The coppered cored wire electrodes Diamondspark 54 MC by Voestalpine Böhler Welding are suitable for all welding positions and are used in steel construction, automated robot welding, and root welds on pipes or butt welds. Weld metal analysis: C 0.06 | Si 0.8 | Mn 1.60. Mechanical properties: elongation 29%, impact energy 90 J, yield strength 500 MPa, tensile strength 600 MPa. Approvals: TÜV, DB, DNV-GL, ABS, LR, BV, RINA, CWB, CE. The metal powder cored wire features an innovative powder formula that provides a stable arc, excellent feed properties, low spatter, and a wide parameter window – even at low temperatures. Changes and errors excepted.
