Square head plugs made of stainless steel 1.4401 / 1.4436 are durable threaded fittings designed to seal pipe systems exposed to aggressive or chloride-rich conditions. The molybdenum-alloyed material offers excellent resistance to corrosion, even in hot and acidic environments. Commonly used in the food, pharmaceutical, and marine sectors. Heat resistant up to approx. 550 °C. Cold formable, weldable, and machinable with proper cooling. Available in standard sizes or custom cuts from tk accelis Materials’s B2B-Portal. Subject to change.
