Equal-leg angle made of hot rolled stainless steel 1.4571 (X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2) – a titanium-stabilized CrNiMo steel with excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, even in welded condition. The material belongs to the V4A group and corresponds to AISI 316Ti in the American standard. Non-magnetic in solution-annealed state, good cold formability, and suitable for all common welding methods except gas welding. High toughness even at low temperatures. Common applications include plant and pipeline construction, chemical processing, food industry, and shipbuilding.
