Wire electrodes of the type Fliess ED-FK 800 (NiMoCr) are designed for welding high-strength fine-grain structural steels with a yield strength of up to 690 MPa. The material features the composition C 0.09 / Si 0.55 / Mn 1.67 and offers mechanical values such as 17% elongation, 100 J impact energy, 720 MPa yield strength and 790 MPa tensile strength. Typical applications include steel and mechanical engineering, mobile cranes, concrete pumps, pipelines, mining and container construction. Suitable for TIG, MAG and MIG welding as well as cladding
