The Hyundai SC-70 A cored wire electrode is suitable for all welding positions and is commonly used in steel construction, automated robot welding, and shipbuilding. Weld metal analysis: C 0.06 | Si 0.40 | Mn 1.40 | P 0.011 | S 0.008. Mechanical properties at 100 % CO2: elongation 27%, impact energy 70 J, yield strength 500 MPa, tensile strength 560 MPa. Approvals: EN ISO, AWS, LR, BV, DNV, GL, TÜV, CE, DB, RINA. Particularly well suited for high-speed welding and materials such as P235 / S235 to P460 / S460. The cored wire electrode has a metal core for high deposition rates combined with high efficiency. Changes and errors excepted.
