The Hyundai 70NS cored wire electrodes are suitable for all welding positions and are particularly used in steel construction, automated robot welding, and shipbuilding. Especially suitable for steels with a yield strength of up to 490 MPa. Weld metal analysis: C 0.05 | Si 0.54 | Mn 1.40 | P 0.011 | S 0.010. Mechanical values at 100% COâ‚‚: elongation 25%, impact energy 50 J, yield strength 480 MPa, tensile strength 550 MPa. The cored wire electrode has a metal core that ensures high deposition rates combined with the efficiency of a normal electrode. Approvals: ABS, LR, BV, DNV, GL, TÃœV, CWB, CE, DB, RINA. Changes and errors excepted.
