Fliess ED-SG3 MSG wire electrodes are suitable for joining and deposition welding of unalloyed and low-alloy structural steels. Weld metal analysis: C 0.09 | Si 0.87 | Mn 1.47. Mechanical properties: elongation 22%, impact energy 100 J, yield strength 420 MPa, tensile strength 500 MPa. Approvals: TÜV, DB, CE, ABS. Designed for unalloyed steels with yield strength of 420 MPa. Versatile for TIG, MAG, and MIG welding as well as cladding on steel. Pulse arc welding recommended.
