MEGAFIL A 730 M cored wire electrodes – coppered – are suitable for all welding positions, especially in steel construction, shipbuilding, and automated robotic welding. Weld metal analysis includes C 0.22 | Si 0.6 | Mn 1.5 | Cr 1.3 with mechanical values in the range of HRC 25–35. The soft and stable arc ensures spatter-free weld seams with particularly low fume emission. BWB-WIWEB approved. The metal core enables high deposition rates with efficient processing.
