Socket union with taper seat made of stainless steel 1.4401 and 1.4436, optimized for demanding environments requiring corrosion resistance and hygienic surfaces. Molybdenum-enhanced for excellent resistance to chloride-bearing media. Good weldability, machinability, and cold formability. Available as sheet, tube, bar, or flat material in custom lengths.
